Juan leads Opp Law. He previously built Grammarly’s commercial legal function from the ground up — leading a seven person team awarded the Best Cross-Functional Partner and supporting global sales. Juan prides himself on delivering timely, excellent, and delightful services. He employs value-based negotiation to close deals quickly and uses a scaling mindset to set clients up for long-term success.

Aaron developed his approach to Enterprise SaaS transactions as a legal leader at Medallia, where he founded and led a team that helped deliver multiple years of hypergrowth, from $23M in annual contract value through $300M. He is also a Lecturer in Law at Stanford Law School, where he teaches the popular Negotiation course across the university.

Estefania works on commercial, employment, and trademark matters at Opp Law. Prior to joining Opp Law, she practiced at a multinational firm, where she advised on employment law, employee benefit plan matters, commercial matters, and also maintained a pro bono practice combatting human trafficking.
Estefania brings a deep understanding of complex corporate matters to technology and growth-stage companies, helping them scale with clarity and confidence.

Olena is an associate with experience supporting technology companies in various commercial transactions. Her previous experience at a boutique law firm focusing on commercial litigation, corporate, and intellectual property matters gives her a unique approach to contracts and client service. Before practicing in the US, she worked as a corporate/M&A lawyer in Ukraine.

JP is a multilingual, UK-qualified lawyer with 20 years’ experience as in-house counsel to global technology companies. He has previously led legal functions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region for two successful SaaS start-ups, where he also served as Data Protection Officer. Today, he supports companies with contract negotiations, privacy, compliance, and legal operations and strategy.

Brittany focuses her practice on trademark, copyright law, media law, and commercial transactions. She has experience working on all types of trademark filings, communications and related agreements. At her previous firm, Brittany managed and maintained an extensive IP portfolio for a mixed client base composed of retail, technology, and professional services.
