Brittany focuses her practice on trademark, copyright law, media law, and commercial transactions. She has experience working on all types of trademark filings, communications and related agreements. At her previous firm, Brittany managed and maintained an extensive IP portfolio for a mixed client base composed of retail, technology, and professional services.
Before joining Opp Law, Brittany served as a Trademark Associate at Fitzpatrick PC Attorneys at Law, where she managed an extensive intellectual property portfolio for clients across the retail, technology, and professional services industries. Her work included trademark filings and related agreements, as well as copyright, media law, and commercial matters.
